Handmade Nature of Our Work

All pottery is handmade. Small air holes (pinholes), minor scratches, glaze variations, and other traces of the handmade process are normal and expected, and are not considered defects. 

Uniqueness of Each Piece

Each handmade piece is one of a kind. Even items made within the same theme may have slight differences in shape, size, color, or glaze. These variations are part of the character and individuality of handmade pottery.

Final Sale

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos of:

• The damaged item

• The original packaging

Please email the photos along with your order number to hello.meadowparty@gmail.com
Once damage is confirmed, a full refund will be issued.
